Neve’s teaching style has blended over the years to make her a truly unique instructor. She teaches a meditative, alignment-based yoga style inspired by Anusara, Bowspring, Therapeutic techniques and by her explorations of the ancient Ayurveda and Tantra traditions.
These practices integrate the breath and movement into a self-healing practice, fully embodying the Sanskrit definition of Yoga - union, to yoke. She believes class should be fun and sacred.

Neve is part of the Bhav Brigade which is a group of yoga teachers who offer pop-up donation classes in the community.
Is ideal for students with muscle/joint pain, stiffness, weakness, or fatigue. Many props are used to ensure comfort while postures are held. This class is meditative and quiet. (all levels)
The Sanskrit word bhakti comes from the root bhaj, which means “to adore or worship God.” Class includes a vinyasa, chanting, pranayama, mantra repetition, silent prayer, and meditation. The personal goal of this class is devotion and reverence to the divine. All belief systems are welcome. (all levels; some yoga experience preferred)
Ayur-Yoga & Meditation
Yoga postures & breath techniques with an inward focus. Therapeutic yoga exercises will be introduced each class as well as meditation. (all levels)
Alignment based introduction to the postures. Learn how to connect to your body through beginner breathing exercises. Classes are taught progressively with the seasons. This is ideal if you have no experience or have never been trained to do yoga safely. (beginners)
Intermediant Yoga (for spirituality & health)
In this series you will build upon what you learned in Yoga Foundations. Alignment based instruction with an emphasis on living in body and energy integrity through Ayurveda.The postures will be more challenging and require more balance, strength and flexibility. During this class Neve will introduce yoga philosophy and spirituality. Learn how to safely progress in your practice to more advanced postures as well as being introduced to concepts that apply yoga off the mat. Classes are taught progressively with the seasons. At the end of class there will be pranayama and meditation.
